Get a free pingdom account and monitor them and you will see the horrible uptime, and hey, they don't care. Not to mention they usually do it late when traffic is high in Europe. Either way it don't matter these people oversubscribe their Cpanels and try to squeeze every drop of resource anyway they can to get all the money they can.
